Relax, your tax money didn't fund its project nor any purchases. It's purely Israeli and only india bought it. Besides, most US made weapons are available for export, covering some of the costs.

this was an accuracy demonstration on a moving target...
the damage is not like the real one as it can carry a bomb...but with that accurace we can see here

This weapon system is intended to destroy soft targets, like missile launchers and radar stations. These results look pretty promising, too.
