This bear has learned how to open vehicle doors using the handle, just like any person would. Luckily he hasn't caused any damage. But that's not always the case. Bears can cause extensive damage to vehicles trying to access food left inside - even empty candy bar wrappers and empty drink containers.

I've heard of this bear he's actually a drug sniffing bear the cops trained he can also use a slim jim to open locked vehicles
