I'm going to take off the upper hull, and leave the tracks and engine, then make a Goliath Demolition Tank out of it for airsoft. Its payload will be two remote detonated claymores attached to the sides.

I envy you so much. Your stewart is a much better version than mine, mine goes about half that fast and does horribly everywhere. It actually like hard-packed snow though.

We fight these tanks against other tanks equiped with .68 paintball guns. Average velocity is 300fps plus. Actually, it hrus alot when you get hit. That's whey we have to wear paintball face masks and armor. The bottle that is being shot at is staked into the ground so that I don't have to keep setting it back up. This was just a test to determine if my targeting system was adjusted properly. The gun is gyro stablized with lazer sight and video camera internal to the turret.

so basically you could remote control this from a car and get video feed from it to play against each other. kinda like a video game? Thats cool. and the balls you are using are airsoft are they not?

They are not airsoft, they are modified paintball guns using paintballs. The .68cal paintball is the standard. My tank is a replica of a US Army light tank, so I use a smaller .40cal painball gun. Shoots hard, hurts if you get hit and breaks paint on the target. You can remote control from a car if you want, but most people I've seen, do it on the field and try to stay out of each others way. My tank does have a video feed and the gun is gyro stablized, so I can shoot on the move.

The paintball gun is a .40 caliber Splatmatic that is cut down and modified. A normal .68 cal paintball gun was too big for this scale tank.
