@crammage I'm sorry but your english is nearly illegible, the most i could decode from what you wrote was that "You have to go out of your way in order to get anything other than #2 hb", and isn't that the same for pencils? Or brushes?, I'm just saying that there are various alternatives to lead hardness even on M.pencils, and it's convenient too, you just change the lead and that's all, (Or as some of us like to do, keep a mechanical pencil for the lead we are going to use).

@XDAMM i cant stand the stupidity of people if you look ok the side if most mechanical pencils the say #2 you have to go out of your way in order to get anything other than #2 hb

@crammage By default about 98% of all mechanical pencils come with HB lead, but you can find 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 4B and even 6B leads in a lot of places. Of course, you can also get color varieties, but in America, that's not very common.

well, i like both cause i have a hand sharpener so i dont have to get up and if i run out of led i can just use my #2 pencil. i have 1 #2 pencil and 2 mechanical pencils. at school i always have all 3 in my pocket even lunch and recess and specials!!! i know, weird. right?
