It's been 40 Years since I entered my Aleph Hebrew school class with the scary old Mrs. Gahatcha. I vowed that I would create a school that kids could actually learn and still have fun, A comfortable place, with song, music, prayer and lots and lots of games. In 2005, I opened the doors to my newest creation, Hebrew Wizards, where Camp meets Hebrew School. With a full staffing of Teens and some ket teachers, we educate and engage children, adults and families by the unique and visual learning tools created just for Hebrew Wizards. Now for the first time, we are anxious to see our model work in other congregational schools in America. For the very first time, a full Curriculum of Bible and Holidays is being offered as a downloadable app for iphone, ipad and ipod touch. This video is proof of 40 years of life experiences involving Jewish education. After all I was a Rabbis kid and my mother was in Jewish education, so what did you expect?

  • My sister in law, Lizzie, sings at Hebrew Wizards and told us all about it. What an amazing program?!!!! I am going to forward this to our rabbi, Amy Schwartzman, at Temple Rodef Shalom, in Virginia, the largest temple in the state.

  • When my daughter became a Bat Mitzvah with Hebrew Wizards last year, her older brother told her that he only wished he had been able to participate in such an inspiring, enriching and fun program when he had been that age. This program instills our children with a love of Judaism while creatively teaching them prayers, values, Hebrew language and much more. My daughter always came home from this program singing the songs she had learned! What a gem!
