We Want Moya OUT!

Protest at the corporate headquarters of the Canada Post Corporation (CPC). We invited Moya Greene the CEO of CPC to come on down and speak to just a few of the employees but she was not to be seen. The majority of CPC's employees are members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). We want to know more about her visions of a "Modern Post" and what we have to look forward to. We all as workers fear the "Modern Post" will lead to massive amounts of job loss while profits continue to soar. This is against the mandate of Canada Post. Profit should be going back into the postal system to increase and improve service for ALL Canadians.

Yes, and now that she is out she is telling everyone what a great job she did running Canada Post.

Brutal...the big profits were all because of the economic boom. Now she is gone and left her 'legacy' which is new and expensive machinery to handle the 'shrinking' part of the business, more salary staff and less hourly workers who actually work the mail and more injuries. What a disgrace!!

Does anyone have her office contact info (phone/fax/address)?

I found her fax a while ago through google. It was from some union encouraging canada post workers to contact her and air their grievances.

But when I tried the fax #, it had been disconnected.

She's so full of crap -- note the official Canada Post channel on Youtube, which is heavily censored as far as comments go. I guess the truth hurts.

I wonder what it cost to recently revamp all the PO and Sub-office lobbies, not to mention to repaint every mail box in Canada...I doubt it was cheap, and during an economic downturn, too.

Contract time will come, and CPC will plead poverty yet again. Of course, they way they're blowing money, it won't be a surprise, will it?
