You need special white plastic poop receptacle/containers in order to use this litter box and they are COSTLY plus very HARD to find ! It's noisy as a construction site and there are two holes in the lid where the poop & urine clumps go so the ENTIRE area stinks and the pet gets it's paws stuck sometimes!
The ramp doesn't come with the unit when purchased from a store - it'd an extra accessory item $15-20 plus txs.

As we have learned how this machine works best, we now use the Scoop Away litter, which works without leaving poop crumbs. Also, my grandson, whom I was babysitting no longer screams and cries like that. Thank the Lord. Sorry for the noisy film. 18 months later, I still love my Littermaid!

Amazing! Not only do I know now that I'm not gonna keep the one I got for Christmas, but I've seen an amazing avant guarde film! Fantastic!

Doesn't look like it's that effective. So many crumbs were left behind.

i like how it leaves a pound of shit behind. i guess you edited out the part where it gets stuck halfway and sounds like a machine gun until you get out of bed at 3 am to scrape the congealed urine and feces off the bottom so the rake can return to the back. Or you just loosened up everything ahead of time for the sake of the video.
