Montel: A Conversation with Ron Paul

Congressman Ron Paul joined Montel on Thursday to discuss illegal wiretapping, civil liberties, Texas Governor Perry calling for Texas to secede and medical marijuana. Montel also asked Congressman Paul if he would help Montel file a lawsuit against the U.S. government for how they are handling the so-called war on drugs.

@istraight1 If Illegal's enter this country and have kids so they can stay, why should we give them citizenship? My suggestion is that citizenship only be granted to the children of citizens, or those who have earned it. Hispanic minorities do not seem to have trouble finding work, at least not here in Texas. I think every one should be subject to the same laws and benefits, those who fail to use them can starve for all I care, welfare is for the disabled, elderly, and children, not the lazy.

@cowboy76051 it usually conservatives who always lets deport them they could been born in the usa. it is usually minorities who have harder to get a job and force go the government. but your right no should get any special treatment. everyone should be treated the same way under the law.

@istraight1 Or is it a distaste for people who use the fact that they are a minority inorder to get hand outs and special treatment? I have a distaste for any one who demands payment they have not earned.
