Hey Amanda, I am a runner and I have pretty muscular thighs but I noticed that my inner thighs are more more flabby! Do you have any exercises to get rid of that fat?

i've been doing this every other day since jan 30 and i've seen a bit of a difference! although its only been a few weeks, my thighs and butt are getting a bit smaller, my jeans are getting to big on me, in a month or so i'll probably have to buy a total new wardrobe! thanks amanda, love love love your workouts. x

Hi Amanda! This is exactly what I need! I also have a question for you. I am trying to get in a cardio routine, but am having trouble finding the best machine to use. I tore my ACL, MCL and cartilage a few years ago, and I have been struggling with my weight since. I tried running/jogging on the treadmill, but it leaves my knee throbbing. I do not have access to an elliptical, so I do not know what is the best cardio for me. Can walking on an incline burn the calories that I need it to?

@TheBlondebeauty21 YES, walking on an incline at a fast pace that gets you breathless is great. Again, I ALWAYS suggest intervals. Additionally - the plyometrics, like the onesi n many of my workouts are incredible for cardio. After all my injuries this is what helped me get into shape.
For cardio, besides walking, I actually prefer swimming and cycling! Let me know if that helps!

Hey Amanda, so I mostly work out on an elliptical and would like to lose weight in my thigh region. I have heard that if you turn up the endurance level it will only create more muscle and make your thighs appear bigger, but when the endurance is low I feel like I'm not really getting a good workout. Am I going about losing thigh weight in the right way? Any other suggestions?

@melliesmusic118 Hi Melissa! That is a myth, you need to work hard to strip weight I recommend intervals where you put the level a little higher and go really fast for 30-60 seconds (get breathless) then go easy for 30seconds and repeat - intervals are the best way to burn fat and strip down :)
