seems as if it SAVED the runtime of the japan edition of the album from the 66:06?

The ironic thing about this song is how much Satanism is embedded into some of their other work, some off that exact album (The American version is 66:06 long)

@syrus3k Doing that will be a lot like getting rid of the children's belief in Santa Claus. Teaching them something that either is or just seems fictitious may not be nice and considering the aftermath, may just be plain horrible, but do you want to be the one to tell them at an age so young why things are the way they are in this world?

It's not anti-religion bro.

@HikiLuoma you cannot get around indoctrination... when you go to school... you are being indoctrinated... stop being a hypocrite... on the issue of truth.. it isnt nice... the world sucks, people die, people are consumed by greed and kill each other to satisfy the urge to have the belongings of others. The rich oppress the poor... all of which... is not nice... but to misrepresent that is not truth

This song shouldn't make you sick. I'm an agnostic, I just like the innocence of the children, it doesn't matter that they're talking about a God, I'm just bummed I didn't know about it until today. BoC captures the nostalgia of childhood so well, and the kinds of images that pop into my head when I listen to their brand of exerimental ambient, send me right back to the days where my innocence left me with such a wonder and an openness to the experiences of life, that's almost gone now.
It's just the innocent reflections of children on how they see the world. You can't explain to a child any deep philosophical interpretation of the world, all cultures have a mythology to explain what they know as metaphor. Its sad that we live in a world with religions that cause so much misery, but if you can go beyond that, this is beautiful.
I think they only put this on the japanese cd because they knew all of the negative connotations westerners would have with this.
