He made heartfelt music. He delivered a lovely cadence and rhythm to the world. Some of it was whimsical, some of it was reaching for a profundity, but all of of it was lovely. Until he found religion. Religion poisons everything. Bible, Koran, Torah. All of these books have subtracted things from the progress of humanity.

Wild Word.
Now that I've lost everything to you You say you wanna start something new And it's breakin' my heart you're leavin' Baby, I'm grievin' But if you want to leave, take good care I hope you have a lot of nice things to wear But then a lot of nice things turn bad out there

Oh, baby, baby, it's a wild world It's hard to get by just upon a smile Oh, baby, baby, it's a wild world I'll always remember you like a child, girl You know I've seen a lot of what the world can do And it's breakin' my heart in two Because I never wanna see you a sad girl Don't be a bad girl

@DeadUntilProvenAlive Yes, I love the Bible and all of God's Commands. I should be dead already many times over too.

@DeadUntilProvenAlive God commands*

@AikenBruce God obeys a whole lot of things in the bible. Like my favorite quote; If two men fight and the losing man's wife attempts to help his husband by grabbing the opponants crotch, she shall not be shown mercy, but her hand must be cut off.
Also in the bible it says a whole lot of stuff about stoning people to death.
So once you start obeying everything the bible says, then and only then can you judge the homosexuals for not obeying to it.

@DeadUntilProvenAlive No, it does not say we are all God's children. But we can become as His children by obeying His Commands. If you love God, and say you are His child, then you should obey His Commands. God is just.
No, the Bible does not say that God forgives sins, without repentance, but rather we will face judgement. Yes Jesus' death can be viewed as a sacrifice to cover our sins so that we may still have eternal life but you are going to have to put yourself as His slave to qualify.

Pretty sad that a lovely song provokes so many people. I have very fond memories of this song when I was in high school. I was sad when he stopped performing, but he certainly has the right to practise any religion he chooses. That does not diminish the greatness of the songs he sang
@FREEALIST I don't defend murderers, but those who aren't murderers and still get treated as such because of their religion. Unless you have read the Koran, you have no right to judge the religion. It's obcious you haven't read the bible either...

Oh and you're Christian, right? So tell me this, then: Does it not say in the bible, that we are all God's children? Does it not say in the bible, that God forgives the sinners? Does it not say in the bible that God loves all his children equal? It doesn't say; "God loves all His children, except the gay ones and the muslims."
So if you are going to preach about the bible, read it first and get your facts right.
