In his defence (since C4 are obviously out to make him a bad guy), this 'argument' between Italian siblings is normal. I personally have been worried by the ferocity of family arguments only to see friendly chatting a mere 10 minutes afterwards. Italian brothers are protective of their little sisters (family honour). The 'strong' language used is normal in Italy. The thing I'd criticise Victor for is his asking Jeremy to summon Emelia immediately, even though he did use 'please' to begin with!
