Although RA is not a 'classic beauty' I think he is the most handsome man on the planet.

I guess his secret is his mimic. His facial expression is stunning and his voice supports it perfectly.

He doesn't have to say anything at all you get it all by watching his face (and especially his eyes). In one second he's mean and evil or aggressive and feisty and in the next his suavly and caring.
