eloop vs yarn over

Demonstration of two different kinds of left and right leaning knitted increases, the yarn over and reverse yarn over, and left and right leaning e-loop increases. Demonstration shows knitting continental - if you knit with the yarn in the right hand - you may find the yarn over increase easier to execute.

this video is terrible - you go WAY too fast and i can't even follow what you're doing.

Look up the backwards loop increases red video, you should find it is much slower and clearer. Hope that helps you (this one was more of a display of two methods for a friend who is a good knitter but was puzzled by my claim the two were structuraly the same but worked differently)
