Call of Duty 4 - "Heat" - How to beat with 3 mins left on the timer (no airstrikes)

How to beat the mission heat with 3 minutes left on the timer.

Just for a future reference, you should be at least 10 feet away from the water tower as soon as the timer STARTS. That means leave RIGHT after you use that airstrike.

I am playing on recruit for video purposes, because on veteran it would take me dying 5 or 6 times before i could actually make it to the end
