This is largely the reason I left BodyRock. I appreciate that they, too, create free workouts, but I really don't like where the attitude has gone, especially the reeeeally overt sexuality of the site. If I'm there for a pyramid workout, I don't want or need the picture to be of huge tracts of land, as it were. It really is distracting. I'm so glad Zuzana's back. Plus, the full-length workouts are awesome, and the camera angle doesn't switch so fast that I can't see the proper exercise form.

Just finished with a time of 11:16. I used 10 lb. kettle bell and took short (untimed) breathers between each round. I did this one on March 12 2012 and my time was 15:05! Look what difference a year of zwow's can make!

I did this in 29:50, my time is really horrible comparing to the others that commented here, but I'm really happy because I did all the reps and finished another ZWOW! YEY!!

I agree! bodyrock looked like it was trying to get men to click , for something other than a workout, looked like a porn video! distastful for sure, but zuzana is all about the workout, not sex..she is a sweetheart!

Start and do the best you can!!! That's what I did 5 days ago. Ive decided to do a ZWOW a day for 6 days a week, starting from the beginning. My times, compared to others, seems HORRIBLE. But you know what, it's my time COMPLETED, and that makes me soooooo happy!!! Im sitting here, sore all over, but Im so happy Im actually pushing myself and finishing the workouts, no matter how long it takes me ^_^
