Hi, John dont use a Plecks, he uses a Timble witch is pushed up on is Finger,its made of hard Plastic,so you get a lot more Volume from the Banjo ,and best of all you dont loose it like the Plec.Cheers

Cool , where would I get that type of "thimble" type pick. Does it have a brand name??

No Brand name, you just make them yourself from old bits of plastic pipeing, of different sises and gage.
