This is a video about REMO ROTO TOMS. This is a follow up video from the REMO SPOXE video. If you've never seen Roto Toms before, you are in for a real treat. They make a great addition to any set. The are not expensive, and they can be added to any existing drum kit. I hope this video is informative and entertaining. Until then keep rockin' I will see you soon. JOEDRUMS

  • haha roto means broken in spanish

  • These are also great for having options. I am joining a progressive metal band, and I'm trying to get a decent kit with options ( some cymbals and toms )

  • Please do a video about deccabons (or however u spell them...). They seem like a nice addition to my kit but I'm not sure...

  • These sound similar to octobans with more options for tones and they are much cheaper.

  • @JOEDRUMS2112 i saw 2 kit you like danny carry from tool uses those for his toms so does mike mangini you like his video it is called mike mangini extreme drum solo

  • @teasdalea1 Well the Roto Toms only come in 6", 8", 10" sizes. Back in the 70's and 80's you could get them from 6" - 20". Remo dropped all the other sizes and went with the most popular sizes 6,8,10. Hope that helps.

  • @JOEDRUMS2112 Thanks so much for your reply. I use a small jazz kit and use it for jazz, pop, rock and loads of other stuff. The drum sizes are 18" kick drum, 12" rack tom, 14" floor tom and a 14" snare. Do you think I will need a specific size of rototoms for my small kit?

  • @teasdalea1 Yea pretty much any kind of music you can think of will work with the ROTO TOMS. Thanks for watching. Keep Rockin' JOEDRUMS2112
