Palumbo is WRONG...doing hammers across the body is the proper way to target the brachialis. Doing them up & down targets the biceps. The brachioradialis will be hit either way, but across the body is the superior technique.

its too bad jeff long is such a retard, hes got some good mass and looks good when hes dieted down for competitions, but he cant even answer simple questions like "what did you just graduate from" or saying how he does hammer curls for his forearms, like come on dude do u even know anything or does ur trainer hold ur hand everywhere u go and wipe ur ass for u? damn......
