Hot Water Music playing "Free radio gainesville" at Bizarre Festival (2002).

Hot Water Music - Free radio gainesville

let's electrocute,
send ourselves in,
constant airwaves ringing out from voice,
to ear,
to free ourselves from...

there's an army charged,
ready armed,
to educate,
and demonstrate, (to save ourselves)
to the masses,
to the people,
left in the dark, (for those who hate)
with blinders on,
not holding back to,
activate,
never holding back to,
activate in rebellion!

a full-fledged pledge (to save ourselves),
to eradicate with authorities that hold themselves higher (for those who hate),
a full-fledged pledge,
to liberate the minorities who only want their rights!

  • Chris Wollard is beyond words.

  • you guys should check out chuck ragan's solo music. its epic and some of the best folk stuff ever.

  • Apparently HWM has great lyrics. I've understood about three words out of their entire discography, but it don't matter cause they could sing jibberish and still be better than any artist thats ever had a Billboard top 10 hit.

  • Girlfriend got me tickets for HWM at their reunion tour. They did the countdown to the new year and blew up the stage. Girlfriend didn't last, but dang what a great memory!

  • hardback and market street pub... god i miss those days...

  • @kenhomhotwok

    exactly my thought

  • I'm so glad I got to see HWM play in a small, intermate venue and not a stadium with barriers like this place.

  • Chris is on fire here, he sounds incredible.

  • Jason Black is one of the greatest bass players ever. HWM bass lines on their early stuff were just ridiculous.

  • Bass is so fast in the beginning
