  • I believe in all of this and balance. Balance and these techniques = success in freestyle.

  • Unnecessary and unnatural. Good explanation about high elbow catch but that device does not allow you to do the proper pushing under your belly and also blocks your recovery technique.

  • Well this is an explanation of a widely used way of swimming fast, that is difficult to explain and teach. Thanks for putting it on you tube!
