Prof. Keith Scott-Mumby tells us what we should (by Nature) be eating. The answer is in 2 parts: archeological correct diets and diets allowing for individual food susceptibility (food allergy, food intolerance)

  • What he says nay be logical and true, but what puts me off is why the hell does he have to have a stethoscope around his neck while doing a video to convey that he works in the medical field? A lot of people do this to try and add an air of authenticity to their lectures. To me this is just a sign of stupid superiority syndrome which is a turn off and makes then look rather stupid. He is giving a lecture on diet, not listening to your heart or lungs.

  • Very interesting! Once I heard on a radio show that people who are allergic to some food but doesn't know which should test to stop eating some food (for example, milk, certain meat, etc.) for a period of three months and see how their bodies behaved, there was another option that consists of a medical test that shows among 150 foods (approximately) those that your body is allergic to. There is more information on Allergic reactions to food at Symposier site for interested physicians like you!
