With the new timing, wouldn't it come natural to apply TAS timing?
For some stars it makes quite a difference wther you stop the time when catching it in the air or when you're on the ground. But you couldn't just read the time from the timer...

UWR stands for un-tied world record. As in no one shares the time with you. Only you have it. TWR means it's a tied world record. So more than one person has that record. A TWR in this case would mean someone else has 18"4x. If someone wants a UWR over me, they need to be faster than 18"40
