The Laguna Inteligenzia is our flag ship double column CNC. This machine has advanced CNC technology that provides operators with significantly lower operating costs and greater productivity. The linear magazine allows for tool loading capacity of 8 or 10 tools. This magazine also has an armless type tool change that accommodates ISO 30 tool shank.
A vacuum pressure meter is provided at the front of the table for checking vacuum pressure. The machine does not operate until the vacuum pressure reaches the setting value. The table is fitted with a compact board drilled with holes for vacuum suction of workpiece. The positions of vacuum suction holes can be drilled according to desired workpiece types. Vacuum generator provides extra powerful vacuum for the table, that holds workpiece securely during machining. Automatic lubricator delivers lubrication oil to all slideways, resulting in extremely smooth movements on 3 axis. Lubrication frequency and oil flow may be adjusted as desired.
The HDS high-frequency spindle provides a maximum speed up to 24,000 RPM as standard. The spindle accepts ISO 30 tool shank. HSK-63F spindle is optional. The HSD in equipped with air cooling unit. X, Y, Z-axis slideways employ precision linear way exhibiting extra smooth movement and high speed traverse. The moving-columns structure greatly saves occupied area of the machine. The double columns move on heavy-duty linear guide ways, featuring great rigidity and stability. The MPG hand wheel provides convenient cutting test. It is used to move 3 axes, actual cutting test and 3 axis feed speeds adjustment. User-friendly operation with a PC based CNC control with powerful functions. Advanced Windows CE operating system and the CNC control can be online with internet and accommodates USB transfer interface.
