  • @ej2project Thumbs up to this comment^^^^...LMAO..thumbs up only because it made me laugh....Civic plateformm...LOL.LOL.lol. I cannot drive a civic and feel like a man....props to you if you can....LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Don't have to research, just watch the videos and you'll see what a bunch of liars these "oh, 5.0s run mid-12s bone stock" guys are. There are so many videos proving that the 5.0 typically runs mid to low 13s, it would take an idiot not to know that. Does that name fit you??? LOL You're watching a video of a 5.0 running mid 13s and you say I don't research???? Just do YOUR research and watch this video...that shouldn't be too hard for even a Mustang fanboy...lol!

  • @jamesfs912 Wow! You did well with your 60' times...matches my best on the Pirellis. You said MIR and I thought you meante MIR (Memphis International Raceway)...lol. I was testing you since I was there several times since they opened and no relatively stock 5.0 has run that well here. You're absolutely at sea level. If you haven't already done so, post your times on the DragTimes web site and ask them to notify you when a Camaro or Mustang posts a time. One today with tune and CAI only ran 13.1.

  • @ParisTNDude I live in Virginia but went to Maryland International Raceway last weekend. The track prep there is great and I ran a 1.89 60' time on street tires. The tune installed is from American Muscle and its the 93 Race tune. Reaction time wasn't so good because I wasn't too focused on that. Where are you located?

  • @jamesfs912 Great runs! I wonder where you're at cause no bone stock 5.0 has run the times you are when I've been there. When were you there? What kind of tune did you install? We would have had fun, cause your tune times are almost identical to the times I run in my 2010 Camaro. Post your times on DragTimes where you need to have an ET record slip to verify your runs. What were RT, and 60 foot times? Congrats! I don't remember talking to you about this video unless you live near Big Sandy??

  • @ParisTNDude If you remember we had a conversation a few months ago about this comment. Well I went to the strip and pulled a 12.61 at 112 mph @ MIR BONE STOCK. I then put in my tune and ran 12.48 @ 114.

  • @ej2project Dude I am sorry and I know you posted this a while back, but uh, who the hell told you that a 200 HP Civic runs 13s? I would love to know. That is hilarious because my friend's K24A2 swapped Hatch Has no mods other than an exhaust and CAI and he is not running 13s, so explain that. Also, you best be talkin about a swap because all of the 90s Civics either had a B16, D15, or D16, which none of those engines made 200 HP stock. Try again.

  • Good post, older mustangs made me cry.

  • @mattyc0928 Ummm, let's see...yep, elevation means something to me. The Mustang fanboys always have some excuse. If this is at Vandamere (4000 ft) check it out, there are plenty Camaros running low 13s and high 12s, but if this is the best it could do, be proud of it. However, the previous race was a two generation old Mustang that ran about where it should....14.2 or so...just sayin. But, at sea level the 5.0s run about the same ET you did....the YouTube videos prove that.

  • @ParisTNDude Does the term elevation mean anything to you?
