Just a quick helper : - If anyone is going to buy any of the IL2 series for the PC, make sure you get 'IL2 1946' its the full series of IL2/Forgotten BAttles etc with all addons and patches.

Anything else is not complete. (Even the 'complete edition' is old now and missing addons/patches etc.)

I've not played IL2 online yet, but this reminds me of my teenage years playing Air Warrior 2.

wooo i used to love IL-2, and up to mid patches of FB. I remember when they had the oooold IL2 loader.. flying externals only was hard, but lfying externals only and killing things was ace! Ahhh the memories, and my 40 external kills on the 262.. Will never forget! FuryFighter is forever!
