You're the first one the understands you should only file into one direction. I don't even bother watch a vid where they file in both direction, because those people don't understand what's good for your nails, obviously. Anyway I liked your vid (: btw your sound is lower when it's fixed on your hands.

wow your nails are pretty! I have found myself that wearing gloves when I wash dishes and also using sally hansen hard-as-nails has helped my nails to grow.

@GDelva2003 yes they will! cuticles are always growing and aiding in the production of your nails. Cuticle remover just helps to remove the dead cuticles which look raggedy around your nails!
