I love Sold Gold but this last season,was far beyond what all of us SG fans love & remember about the classic show

I think it gained some fans simply because they did away with the "lip-synced" performances, but hemorrhaged way too many "classic SG" fans to recover. The re-vamp and elimination of the top 10, Lester's lack-luster style and the costuming were too much of a shock to take.
