@MrPaulvella you probably found out already by typing Sonic 1 Megamix on google,but it's on Sonic Retro for the download of the 3.0(genesis) and the latest version 4.0(Sega CD) you need a emulator to play it,a suggestion is Kega Fusion
you need Sega CD Bios to play on the Sega CD via emulator, search on google for it(type Sega CD bios 2.0 US Sega CD,or something like that) and out it into Kega Fusion,then boot up Sega CD then boot up 4.0 and play it
genesis just go to load genesis rom and3.0
