Westminster Police and the Cadet

Mr Barnes has has problems in the past with a police cadet driving his car in a reckless way. Mr Barnes decided to take photos of the young man driving his car like a hot rod. Next thing he know, a Westminster police officer gives him a summons and his attorney recommend he plea to a misdemeanor.




Since then PCC helped expose the flaws in the police report and assist him with getting an attorney that will challenge this case.
