  • Bravo! Thank you for the video! I'm dreaming of doing the same.

  • You did a beautiful job with this video. I swam the EC myself last summer and you captured what it truly takes to realize such a goal and the essence of the dream itself. Well done! Marc

  • fantastic acheivment well done

  • so do you lose a lot of weight from burning all those calories in 1 day?

  • hi edward, its Ben Almond, nice job!!

  • I keep watching this. I am inspired by it, and I want to do the swim myself someday in the next couple years. And I've also fell in love with this Snow Patrol "Open Your Eyes" song!

  • amazing

  • nice.

  • which swimming styles if done regularly will make you grow taller?

  • I dont like this guy's voice.

Im planning to swim the channel in 65 years time

  • my dad swam the channel in july this year, i dont think many people realise how much preperation and dedication you guys have to put in, to even begin the crossing, if i could turn back time i would have trained with my dad so i could have atleast swam a few miles with him just so i could grasp how fulfilling it must feel once you have done it. the only dowside to it is the price of the pilot and his boat, my dad done it in 14 hours swimming a total of 62 nautical miles well done ED and DAD!!
