@7shivaa in my opinion - joy can be found by helping those (thats in yr power to do so)that are suffering - loving, caring, protecting and interacting with yr friends, family and immediate community - these can be very difficult and sometimes very easy things to do (speaking from personal experience) but we are what we habitually do and the habit of joy (like any habit) will grow to become 2nd nature ;-)

Actually Ben (the filmaker) just e mailed me lately and wants to visit and shoot some film with me, he was stoked with my video.. you know why? Coz I spent the last 25 years understanding the patterns that are conditioned into the soul and how to dissolve them. The same patterns that Ben refers to in the film, the same patterns that EVERY leading edge investigator talks about is being reinforced into our psyches, every day.
