I have these and i have nre saying when they say they suck, yeah the volume is mixed in with game but it isnt a problem if you volume to 5 and chat to 10 and if you are playing a game like modern warfare 3 you ca the game volume so you can hear your teammate

Glad to know you guys stepped up to the XL1's. Not to be rude or anything, but the in-line amplifier's (I guess you can call it that) design was horrible. The mix of game volume, and chat volume was bad. BUT, I own both the XLC and the XL1 and the quality and design is much better in the XL1. Props to you TurtleBeach

@tristannolan1 They're being replaced by the X42 but we still have some X41s in stock. When they're gone, they're gone.

@TurtleBeachVideos How Come The X41 Have Not Been Discontinued. Thank You For Your Time

@TurtleBeachVideos Okay good to know. Just was curious.

@FSL3g3ndK1ll3r We still have some X11 in stock that we're selling. As soon as they're gone, we'll put it into the Legacy section and mark it as discontinued.

@TurtleBeachVideos Why is the x11 still not a discontinued headset on your website its been replaced with the x12

@Astrotechnics The XLC was replaced by the XL1. It's $10 more but is amplified and works much better.
I recently bought these head phones and yeah are perfect for me, there not too loud or quiet, you can use them for long periods of time and are good value for money, people have complained about you can't alter the games sound separately from others people's voices but it's is fine because all you have to do it set game sound to 5 and voice to 10. So over all I think this is a great headset for beginners as these are my first and I give thanks to turtle beach!
