Believe it or not this happened AGAIN with the same trooper! 5 day suspension the first time, and paid leave this time for beating a man IN HIS OWN YARD! This guy is a son of a local judge! I wonder if he is getting any special treatment? Hmm.

Okla. trooper again accused of excessive force
HOLDENVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- An Oklahoma trooper previously suspended for fighting with an ambulance driver is on paid administrative leave after being accused of using excessive force.
Trooper Daniel Martin is accused of beating Khristopher Douglas of Holdenville. Douglas says he was at a friend's home helping with renovations Saturday when troopers pulled up to handle an apparent traffic stop.
Douglas says he was going inside when Martin demanded he come toward the street. Douglas says Martin grabbed his arm and began beating him when he questioned the order.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Capt. Chris West says Martin and another trooper are on paid leave during the investigation.
Martin served a five-day suspension for the May incident in which he grabbed a paramedic in a choke hold around the neck.

that cop is a liability, and show potential of murdering another human.
Ok has not other choice but to fire him, but I would think that is not going to settle a law suit thought.
Who told this officer to occlude both carotids like that at the same time. This is horribe.
Life is fragile, this (he in not a cop so i will not give him the satisfaction) Ok state employee should be fired and never be allowed to be a police officer anywhere in the US>
Please read the description. Not only was he given a 5 day vacation for the first incident, he was allowed to continue working to commit further violent misconduct against innocent bystanders! I guess if you are a cop you are above reproach - especially if you are the son of a local judge.
I learned this in nursing, and when someone in brought into the ER, we can tell if someone has been choked, USUALLY when asphyxia is suspected, it is becuase somone has occuled another carotids off and killed the oxygen to their brain cells, some people die instantly, some people die within a week, some people don;t die until months and even up to 2 years later. This officer is crazy.
This man may have dead cells in his system now, because of this. It is not the point of whether or not how hard the officer choked him, it takes "LITTLE" pressure and NOT LONG to kill a person.
this officer occulded both carotids at the same time. that is called strangulation
and this man could die later on, up to 3 months if any significant pressure was appied.
what this man needs to do is go to the ER and be checked with brain scan, and tested for dead brain cells, and they will be fresh ones, and doctors can tell when they are created by asphyxia, and the cop could be charged with attempted murder. but if the guy were to die, it would be MURDER
this is attempted murder when this officer occluded both carotids at the same time, that is called strangulation and that kills people, it is called death by asphyxia.
that man needs to sue the police department.
the police department needs to fire this officer before he chokes someone to death
yea, medical evidence is information that the courts love to go along with.
you know, this police officer can be sued.
I think he would have a good case.
in the ER if we see someone that has abusive marks on them from police brutality, and nurses and doctors are trained in this area, we document it so and then the judges have a heck of a time disproving it.
such as like the one we use in the ER especially used for abuse marks
the strangulated marks on his neck would show up
When a strangulation hold is put on someone's neck like this EVEN HOWEVER SLIGHT! there is a tinged mark left for life! If you know this man you tell him. I really hope this officer is told that this man could still die later on in life as a result of him occluding both carotids at the same time

This man needs to sue the OK patrol.
An abuse marking camera will "STILL" show the
