What makes Michael the best is not the 'moonwalk' is not this or that.. Its the fact he's able to take influences from so many people, and styles and put them together in ONE.. Knowing the basics of so many styles alone is TOUGH.. Now to create a fluide style and still have it be natural from your body is GENIUS.

Look at the Making of Thriller Michael Peters says himself that MJ is a dancer in his soul.So when MJ was tap dancing on the Jacksons Variety Show Jeffrey Daniels was rsponsible for that as well.That MJ didn't know how to dance until he met Jeffrey Daniels.So when MJ did the Billie Jean video all of those dance moves that he had been working on by himself is dance moves that Jeffrey Daniels taught him.I feel like JD gets more credit for MJ's talent then MJ himself.

Let me just put it this way because I'm tired of people discrediting MJ's dancing.Jeffrey Daniels may have helped MJ choreograph Bad and Smooth Criminal and he may have taught MJ how to do the Moonwalk,but he didn't teach MJ how to dance.MJ as a kid watched James Brown on tv and that's how he learned how to dance.MJ influences are James Brown,Sammy Davis Jr.,Jackie Wilson,and Fred Astaire,all performers who came before Jeffrey Daniels had a big influence on MJ's dancing and the way he performs.

@jovinovi I have to disagree with u.Yeah he taught MJ how to do the Moonwalk and he helped MJ choreograph Bad,but he didn't choreograph the whole thing.If u don't believe me then look up Michael Jackson private home movies the making of Bad and u would see that MJ and Jeffrey equally choreographed Bad.Also MJ learned how to dance from James Brown not Jeffrey Daniels.

Im not saying Jeffery Daniels didnt do choreographing, but the way the motnage is set up gives NO credit to MJ, please dont come at me like this when you dont know what your talking about, or even what point im trying to make. I do disagree with your point that he is a superstar. He may be famous

@tokersrule Who is "THEY"? Daniels IS a superstar in the dance world. Jackson was a superstar in the entertainment world. Jackson sought out Daniels to choreograph some of his vids. In interviews, Jackson ALWAYS gave credit to others, THAT is what made him great.

i hate that the way they put the montage together takes everything away from michael, and gives it all to jefferey daniels. Jeffery daniels does not have the talent level of MJ, or he would be a superstar
