I never did any of those things...it just happen...O.B.E. begin in the '50,s when i was 8 or 10...two days ago i was about to have a O.B.E...but my wife in her spirit woke me up...i knew if i took the trip...my SILVER CORD would have been broken and i would not be able to get back...when you hear people died in their sleep,they may of had a O.B.E. and their SILVER CORD was broken...it's in the Bible about the SILVER CORD...some people don't like to speak about it.

your religion and actions are in conflict as christianity declared astral projection as evil you combining religious practices and AP is confusing but to each their own i personally find preparing your aura to allow only positive energy to enter or to be an observer and let nothing pass you aura to work for me also meditation and third eye practices help .. some even believe the holy grail is the third eye which is pretty intense
