OK, we were ENTIRELY ferret newbies here... we did read and research about them, but not as much as we SHOULD have (PLEASE join a forum, Facebook page both can be found with a simple search for Ferritocious or ferret forum AND buy a copy of "Ferrets for Dummies" to educate yourself BEFORE adopting or rescuing a ferret). At any rate, this was Bella's first day home. We hadn't set anything up properly yet and Maggie Mae, our beagle mix was quite obviously very curious. If you take a gander at our other videos, you can see how well she adapted to our new family member.

Please subscribe and thanks for watching! :)

  • @sportsgeek28 We like them and more importantly, Sophie and Lucy seem too as well. :)

  • She looks like my ferret. You should invest in a Ferret Nation 182 cage:) They sell them for 175$ on Ferret(dot)com $30 cheaper than normal. And $6 shipping!

  • @CoconutTheFerret We have two of those cages (one is in my office and the other is in our living room actually). :)

  • @generationx1254 Thank you, we thought so too. We have two new adopted ferrets now (check out our other videos). We're actually getting ready to adopt a third. :)

  • @bobbydean2 sorry i meant to put a n not a b when i wrote and

  • @GulfVetSAF omg luckey u found them and i we also lock them in if there is somthing were they could be hurt or iif someone comes over and they see the ferrets and they might get scared of them abd accidently hurt them

  • @bobbydean2 We don't even lock them up at all now... except if we're going to be gone from the home for a period of time. It wasn't always like that... we needed to make sure we had every nook and cranny barricaded where they could escape or crawl into or out of first. At one point they (our two new ferrets) crawled behind the washer and dryer and escaped through the dryer vent to outside of the house!

  • for somehow i thought u where gettin mad at the ferret sorry and i guess it doesnt realyy mean its bad to cage them i think i was mad cuz i always let my ferrets walk in the house i for some reason u were keepin her in there for a long time very sorry

  • @ChuChuBaca22 Maggie Mae as most dogs are, was just keenly interested as she looked like food to her, lol. She's a beagle and a natural hunter and just wanted to participate and play more than anything but we wanted to be careful.
