place cubemaps everywhere. then hit buildcubemaps in the console when you run the game, then restart

block the bottom of the windows, but some type of block there

Place a cubemap near the windows, it will help it to get the right reflections. As you can see it's just reflecting the skybox at the moment, instead of the level.
