1 challenger 2 tank has been destroyed before, on 25 March 2003, where one Challenger 2 of the Black Watch Battlegroup mistakenly engaged another Challenger 2 of the Queen's Royal Lancers.The HESH round hit the open commanders lid, sending fragments into turret which caused an explosion of the ammo.

Lol an American M1A2 is going to be more accurate with its smoothbore barrel than the C2 with its rifling. The rifling actually does not help APFSDS rounds as they are too long to be effectively stabilized by rifling - hence the fins. Note how every other tank in the world apart from the C2 and Arjun are equipped with smoothbore barrels.

F-35 may be less manuverable, but I believe in every other aspect it has the upper hand
