両者同時袈裟がこちらの特色なんですね。しかし寸止めしないとい­つか刀が曲がります。とともに、袈裟抜きが刀をたたんでないため­間合いを間違えると額を割りますね。斬られる方が鉢金のようなも­のを付けていたのはそれを防ぐ為でしょうか。速度も押さえたほう­がいいですね。身内でやるだけならこれで良いと思いますが、対外­的には危険で教示できないと思われます。

Real old samurai should  say modern kendo is only game apart frm real swordmanship.

Any cheats can be permitted in medieval battle field including nin-ja techniques. But 17-19th century Toku-gawa regime exhibited them in formal tournaments. 19th century Mei-ji emperor regimes abolished swords themselves except military & police services.

Twice as hard to learn as real Kenjutsu?! Sounds like someone hasnt trained in Kenjutsu at all. Kenjutsu is a real Martial art, whereas this is simply stage fighting. Its good, sure, but ultimately it doesnt teach you anything that would ultimately help in a real fighting environment.
