I wish they'd make a X-Men cartoon/anime that represented the X-Men in this day and age. The 90's show was really accurate to the comics at that time and still in my opinion the best one. The Anime was nice, but if The Uncanny X-Men comic got a new cartoon based loosely off what's been happening damn that'd be nice.

Rogue's original abiity is to absorb the thoughts, life essence, and mutant abilities of whoever she touches at a 60 to 1 time ratio. If she holds on to someone long enough she will kill them and totally absorb their life essence and powers.

She totally absorbed Ms. marvel, but I'm also not sure when.

Most of what you see her do in this series is actually Ms. Marvel's powers.

@CaspperTheAssassin no the absorption powers are her main gimmick but she absorbed Ms. Marvel's powers permanatly...somehow i've never been sure how exactly. as such she is super strong, can fly and has a degree of invulnerability
