• Newest addition to the off campus apartments, having been renovated in the Summer of 2009.
• The complex is comprised of a large main building (6490) and 8 townhouses, across the parking lot from the main building.
• Located 1/2 block north of the Delmar Loop; an ideal location for entertainment and restaurants.
Apartment & Furnishings
• Studio, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom townhouses are available. The majority of apartments are 1 bedroom.
• The entire building underwent renovation during summer 2009 which included new paint, carpet, cabinets, counter tops, French doors to patio/balcony (townhouses have sliding doors) in each apartment.
• Apartment furnished with:
o Couch
o Coffee table
o Dining room table and chairs
o Lots of storage space
o Fridge
o Stove/oven.
• Bedroom furnished with:
o Full XL bed (regular full sheets will be tight, queen sheets will be a bit loose),
o Desk/chair
o Dresser
o Bookshelf.
• Bathrooms have a shower curtain provided.
• Cable and internet are provided.
Amenities
• Cable and internet are provided through Charter Communications.
• Laundry is on first floor of the main building (6490) but is not campus card accessible, so quarters are needed for use.
• 2 RAs assist residents and provide activities.
• There is limited fenced-in parking behind the building (parking permits by lottery system), and more parking on the street (all free).
• Bike racks available inside the gated parking lot.
• Metro bus stop is in front of the main building.
Safety & Security
• Security guard on duty from 4pm-8am each day.
• Swipe card access into building, apartments, and the gated parking lot.
• Blue light phones outside the building.
• CCTV cameras located at all entrances, laundry room, and outside the building.
• Campus2Home Shuttle available.
