@Quand9 i have 1gb ram and i have no problem with youtube, facebook, e-mail, basic computer function, i'd only suggest more if you were into big gaming

@bamafb77563 no it's not i have a 1 gb ram laptop; windows 7 need at least 2gb to run decently. It takes forever to use and all i go is print stuff with it.
