What does this have to do with Real Estate in Santa Clarita Valley?

As mentioned in the video the program is about building communities, educating buyers and helping those that are ready to achieve home ownership. An achievement that takes education and planning to buy a house and make a home in the community.

Right now folks are going through re-tooling with savings, controlling their expenses and readying themselves for home ownership. Once you buy a home you are a new consumer. You expand your purchase-reach to home and self-improvement items. Perhaps you replaced the stove-top and now you are eyeing the tuna steaks to do some searing of your own. Perhaps you are savoring to the touch some thicker towels for that iron towel hook outside your master bathroom shower stall. Perhaps you have room in that new front closet for another winter coat--the one with the lining that you find on consignment. You now have more room to store the lawn chairs that you can take with you for Santa Clarita Valley Concerts in the Park. Perhaps you have that third garage to now put your renovated bike. (You purchased a home near the paseos, so you now have access to miles of bike paths, so you took your bike in last week for a tune-up.) See? Rebuilding a community sets in motion the machine of the economy. The tuna, the bike, the concerts, the paseos. You in an ownership role of your home and your community.
