  • omg did u get out? how?

  • Disney cast Members came to release the seat harness. Then they walked us down the stairs inside the mountain. I should have video it while holding the camera in my hand but didnt want to risk losing the camera if they catch me.. lol Very interesting inside the mountain. We even saw the map of the track in a wall.

  • How long were you stuck?

  • About 10 to 15 minutes... took long to get us out.

  • It is physically impossible to get stuck by the yeti. There are different break zones at Expedition Everest in which a train can stop. One if them is right before the Yeti after the Byron Curve (the curve right after the drop), and the other is right after you see the yeti, when you're back outside of the mountain.

  • Yes, flip the track, to change directions. That is what I meant.

  • Nah I think this one was something real, probably a sensor. Usually they are the ones who fail or give a false positive and thats it, they must shut down the ride. Cant risk it.

  • Is not really "underground" but under the mountain... but by definition, anything we have no access to in Disney, is considered underground.

  • Of course is impossible to get stuck, but as you should have seen in the video before posting your comment, we DID get stuck in a break zone.

We did not get an answer from Disney on why it did what it did, BUT, it seems the problem wasnt on our train but on a different one. Since the ride MUST shut down if anything is wrong, we think they just stopped each train at the break zone and let people walk out.

  • Probably some friggin' handicapped person wanting to get on. When I went to Disney World for summer 09' several rides we went on got stuck because of handicaps. I'm not saying that I hate them, but why do they have to go to Disney World? They make rides halt, crowd buses when its closing(They have to take away seats so the bus drivers can strap in the wheel chairs), and are just a huge pain in the ass. It's a theme park. I don't care if it's handicapped-accessible, don't fuck up my good time!

  • that is righ be4 the big drop i was soooooo scared when we stoped for like 5 min here too
