i thought you were talking about duty lol

Not trying to be gross here but i noticed hot fries and powdered donuts have changed my poop... But those foods are not that healthy

I'm not going to watch this video. But I just wanted to add that meat and especially milk products are very constipating. Milk products are also very inflammatory and mucus-forming. If you stay away from those kinds of products your colon will be a lot fresher and you will smell much nicer and never get bad breath. I dare you to try it! ^^

this one time i took a dump that was so huge it was almost as big as the opening in the toilet so i just left it and then some co workers tried to measure it and they were all amazed by the size of it

cut down on your fiber a little bit...I notice with my system that if I eat too much fiber my stool is loose..
-
Mine is too fast, what should I do?
So what do you do if it's under 12 hours? Eat less fiber?

There are many causes for rapid transit time from parasites, to food allergies, to stress, to not chewing your food properly to consuming excess fibre or eating too much. It is a process of elimination of variables that a skilled coach or consultant can help you with. Thanks for watching

12 hours is the minimum time of transit that is considered "normal." So in essence you are on the verge of moving your food too quickly through the system. Look again at your stools and if you can see other identifiable food particles then that is a stronger indicator that food is not properly getting absorbed and bacterialized. -NOTE- to ask questions of Sean directly please follow the link in the description to his youtube account.
