  • Saw some a few years ago on the grounds of the Holiday Inn near Tombstone, AZ.

It was early evening. The peccaries were about 30 yards away. There were 4

of them. They just ignored us.

    Tnx 4 posting.

  • Actually they are in THEIR OWN family. Not remotely related to a rodent any more than a rabbit or cat. Closest relatives are white lipped peccary. They stink. They taste similar to pork- a lot gamier. Anyone who really believes its rodentia hasn't been closer than a couple feet and OBVIOUSLY has NEVER field dressed a javelina OR feral hog. Moron.

  • @TheDesertRunner theyre rodents, they dont have a snout

  • Cute little piggies arn't they haha

  • This video made me hungry

  • those are the ones we have at our apartments in texas
