What does it do again? How exactly does it sort them?

@094176 We were supposed to calculate the torque on the arm based on the amount of current it was drawing. Unfortunately all the chips we used were broken so we ended up just figuring out whether or not the arm could move. If it was the heavy block, the arm could barely move so we just sorted based on that.
