Hi Davie, great fly, does it work in different colours, as i have orange deer hair and grey would that be OK? also could it be fished on all waters still and running, fly looks awesome, Regards Alan

You can tye the Stimulator in almost any size and coulour and I'm sure it would take fish on any water...

The Stimulator is one of those patterns which can be tyed in many sizes and colours, for example it will work when caddis, stonefly and hoppers are around.

I see that you are from the U.S and if you look up the Montana Fly Company you will see that they sell a Stimulator Hook it's No.7002 which is an Ideal hook for these flies..
