Fallout New Vegas: Unlimited XP Glitch

go to the atomic wrangler escort club and at the front desk ask if they need any jobs that need doing (to mr garret) then accept the quest and go to old bill at the entrance to the strip
you need the unique dialogue perk or 50 speech skill and before talking to the escort club owner about it keep talking to old bill and get 35-70 xp a time

(you have to stop talking to him to level up before getting xp for the next level)

WARNING this glitch is not patched since version 1.01 to do this glitch you must use version 1.00
to do this either stay offline and dont update yet or delete/uninstall game data and reinstall whilst offline
make a new save after fully leveling up the exit the game go online and update then as you load the save you will be top level with all other patch fixes

@metaltag2007 if i remember right he walks up and down freeside on the main road i found him when he was near the 5 securitrons

@metaltag2007 and u will need to downgrade your game to v1.0

by deleting game then playing it offline but once you are done you can update

@airsoftteamtyphoon yh its you can get it at level 2, or if you are male you can use the male equivalent too

or just level up normally and improve your speech
